Make your own Little Mama
Join me on an inner transformative journey to connect with yourself and like-minded women, through the creation of a Lil’ Mama clay figurine. The Lil’ Mama is inspired by one of the most ancient works of art discovered in human civilization. Thought to be nearly 30,000 years old, she has been called the Venus, though mythologically Venus as we know her today was not on the scene for thousands of years later. These humble, 3-4 inch tall, exaggeratedly round female figures were symbolic of the beloved archetypal Mother. She was thought of as a physical object embodying abundance in all manifestations from fertility to healthy crops and blessings.
Through the act of setting a private intention and participation in a guided process of intuitive art making we will connect with the goddess and plant a seed that will symbolically grow within you throughout the year. What you will walk away with is a guided experience in small group of like-minded women to create your very own totem, a symbol for you to take home into your daily life and remind you of who you truly are and what you want to cultivate in yourself and birth this year. This workshop is for women of all ages. Tap into your own innate creative power!
